.Take2Eu provides only advisory and supportive services in the process of applying for a job abroad. Our activities include, in particular: verification of application documents (CV, cover letter) for compliance with European labor market requirements, and — in the case of selected packages — placing them in our candidate database, which grants access to potential employers or public recruitment platforms.
.Take2Eu is not an employment or job placement agency within the meaning of the law of any country. We do not conduct business involving the acquisition of job offers, conclusion of employment contracts, or the organization of residency and employment legalization.
.The user acknowledges that regulations regarding work abroad vary by country (e.g., Philippines – POEA/DMW, India – Ministry of External Affairs, Nigeria – National Licensing, EU countries – EU directives). By using Take2Eu’s services, the user declares that they have reviewed and will comply with the local regulations applicable in their country of origin and in the country where they are seeking employment.
.In the event that the law of the user’s country requires the use of only local, licensed employment agencies, the responsibility for fulfilling these requirements rests solely with the user.
.The fee paid by the user relates to verification and supportive services. The service is considered completed upon the conclusion of the document verification process or the performance of other activities covered by the package. The failure to obtain employment, a visa, or any other result does not constitute grounds for claims or a request for a refund.
.Any disputes arising from the use of Take2Eu’s services will be resolved in accordance with the law and before the courts with jurisdiction over the company’s headquarters, with the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules of private international law.
